Psychotherapy    

 

Therapy offers the opportunity to gain insight into our emotions, break free from old patterns that no longer serve us, and feel more connected to ourselves and others.  My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and warm.  I will assist you to access your own wisdom and strength, while building new skills and deepening your understanding of yourself and your relationships.

 

I specialize in working with adults to address a wide range of concerns including grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, recovery from trauma, anxiety, depression, and career issues.  I also specialize in working with young adults to address the issues of identity, belonging and self-discovery that often characterize this period in life.  My training includes psychodynamic and relational psychotherapy, as well as mindfulness based approaches.
