I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  Originally from the east coast, I moved to California to attend graduate school and decided to make the Bay Area my home.  I received my Masters in Social Work from UC Berkeley and have completed additional training in Psychodynamic psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Hakomi Mindfulness-Centered Somatic Psychotherapy. 

 

I have a decade of experience providing therapy in a variety of settings including bereavement counseling centers, hospitals, residential programs, and community mental health clinics. My style is supportive, interactive, and tailored to meet your specific needs and goals.
